MANAGING COMPLEXITY in ORGANISATIONS:

THE BAYSWATER INSTITUTE WORKING CONFERENCE

Sunday 20th to Friday 25th January, 2013

The Spread Eagle Hotel and Health Spa

Midhurst

West Sussex GU29 9NH

England

Derek Raffaelli is the Conference Director.

Consultants to the conference will be taken from members of the Working Conference College.

In today’s complex and uncertain environment organisations need to develop their capacity to grasp and respond to problems and opportunities. There is an ever increasing demand on leaders, managers and consultants to review their situations in order to develop the capacity to understand and act as they interact with and influence the work itself. In turn there is a need for governance and operations to become more self-reviewing: this is the distinguishing feature of the Bayswater Conference known as the ‘double-task’.
